On14February2018,theNationalHealthandFamilyPlanningCommission(NHFPC)ofChinanotifiedtheWorldHealthOrganization(WHO)ofonecaseofhumaninfectionwithavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)virus.ThisisthefirsthumancaseofavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)infectiontobereportedworldwide.

 

2018年2月14日，中國衛(wèi)生計生委向世界衛(wèi)生組織報告一例人感染禽流感A(H7N4)病毒病例。這是全球首例報告人感染H7N4的病例。

 

Thecase-patientwasa68-year-oldwomanfromJiangsuProvincewithpre-existingcoronaryheartdiseaseandhypertensionandshedevelopedsymptomson25December2017.Sevendayslater,shewasadmittedtoalocalhospitalfortreatmentofseverepneumoniaandwasdischargedafter21days.On12February,theChineseCenterforDiseaseControlandPrevention(ChinaCDC)confirmedthatthecase-patient’ssampleswerepositiveforavianinfluenzaA(H7N4).TheNHFPCconfirmedthediagnosison13February2018.Thecase-patienthadreportedahistoryofexposuretolivepoultrybeforeonsetofsymptoms.

 

患者是來自江蘇省的一名68歲女性，已患有冠心病和高血壓，于2017年12月25日出現(xiàn)癥狀。7天后，她因重癥肺炎被當?shù)蒯t(yī)院收治，21天后出院。2月12日，中國疾病預(yù)防控制中心對該名患者樣本檢測為H7N4陽性。國家衛(wèi)生計生委于2018年2月13日確認。該名患者報告在發(fā)病前有活禽接觸史。

 

 

 

Currentevidencesuggeststhatthisvirusdoesnothavetheabilityofsustainedtransmissiontohumans,thusthelikelihoodofsustainedhumantohumantransmissionislow.Anyanimalinfluenzavirusthatdevelopstheabilityofhumantohumantransmissioncantheoreticallycauseapandemic.

 

現(xiàn)有證據(jù)表明這種病毒沒有持續(xù)傳染人類的能力，因此，持續(xù)的人傳人機會很低。任何能發(fā)展成人傳人能力的動物流感病毒理論上都能引起大流行。

 

ItispossiblethatadditionalhumancasesofavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)willbedetected,howeveronlyonehumancasehasbeendetectedsofar,andinformationonthecirculationofavianinfluenzaA(H7N4)inbirdsisnotcurrentlyavailable.

 

不排除還會有人感染H7N4的病例檢測出來，不過，目前只有一例病例，而目前尚無禽流感A(H7N4)病毒在禽鳥中傳播的資料。

 

 

 

Thepublicshouldavoidcontactwithhigh-riskenvironmentssuchasliveanimalmarkets/farmsandlivepoultry,orsurfacesthatmightbecontaminatedbypoultryfeces.

 

公眾應(yīng)該避免接觸高風(fēng)險環(huán)境，如：活體動物市場/農(nóng)場以及活禽，或有可能被家禽糞便污染的物體表面。

 

Handhygienewithfrequentwashingoruseofalcoholhandsanitizerisrecommended.WHOdoesnotrecommendanyspecificdifferentmeasuresfortravellers.

 

推薦勤洗手或使用酒精洗手液。世界衛(wèi)生組織不建議對旅行者采取任何特殊的不同措施。

 

WHOdoesnotadvisespecialscreeningatpointsofentrywithregardtothisevent,nordoesitrecommendthatanytravelortraderestrictionsbeapplied.

 

世界衛(wèi)生組織不建議就這一事件在入境處進行特殊篩查，也不建議實施任何旅游或貿(mào)易限制。
